TOWN HISTORY: Once a part of Roxbury, the neighborhood of Roslindale was incorporated in the newly formed town of West Roxbury in 1851, together with the modern-day West Roxbury and Jamaica Plain.  The town, including Roslindale, was annexed to the city of Boston in 1874.  (Read More)
